1 / Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2 / Mix the ground meat with ½ TSP salt and ¼ TSP pepper and form four equally large patties. Press a hollow into the centers and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3 / Mix half of the tuna with mayonnaise into a smooth cream.
4 / Wash the peppers, rub dry and bake in hot oven for 10 minutes. Then, remove the skin and seeds and portion into four equal pieces.
5 / Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
6 / Blanch the beans in salt water until soft and cut into small pieces.
7 / Wash the cherry tomatoes, wipe dry, and quarter.
8 / Chop the olives and fluff up the remaining tuna.
9 / Mix tuna, beans, tomatoes, olives, capers, and olive oil into a marinade and season with salt and pepper.
10 / Sear the patties in clarified butter on both sides and finish cooking in the oven for approximately 8 minutes.
11 / Peel the onion and cut in rings.
12 / Wash the lettuce leaves and shake dry.
13 / Halve the buns and lightly toast the insides. Coat with the mayonnaise.
14 / Place a lettuce leaf on each of the bottoms, lay the peppers on them and then place the patties. Cover with a good portion of Niçoise salad. Peel the eggs and cut into slices. Garnish with onion rings and anchovy fillets and complete with the buns’ lids.
